Is the gym open to non-members or the general public?
Yes, the gym is open to all, visitors will need to purchase a single class or batch of classes. All visitors will need to complete the registration form (Registration) before training so we have any emergency contact details etc.

How intense are the classes?
Our classes are suitable for all fitness levels, go at your own pace

Is there wheelchair access?
Yes, the gym is split over one level so wheelchairs are able to easily access the facilities

How do I book PT sessions?
Our personal training packages are on the website, you can either book individual or group PT sessions

Can I bring a friend?
If you have a Silver or Gold Membership you can bring a friend, refer to the conditions of your membership for more details (Membership — Winners Fitness Gym (thewinnersfitness.co.uk). Please note friend passes only relate to classes not bootcamps

Do I need to inform the gym when I bring a friend?
Yes, please let us know via email or the app chat when you intend to bring a friend

How do I book PT sessions?
Our personal training packages are on the website, you can either book individual or group PT sessions

I have booked a PT session, how do I schedule my first session?
Once you have booked your session the trainer will be in touch to arrange a mutually convenient time

Are bootcamps free for all members?
No, bootcamps are only free for Gold Members

Can I upgrade my membership?
Yes, if you have a Silver Membership package and would like to upgrade to Gold, please contact us on info@thewinnersfitness.co.uk

Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, if you’d like to cancel for whatever reason you’d need to email us an we will cancel your membership and advise on your expiry date.

I have only used some of my sessions, can I get a refund?
No, all purchases are final. If you have attended any of the classes we are unable to issue a refund.
