Body Blast & Weights is a dynamic fusion of cardio, strength, and toning exercises that will sculpt and strengthen your entire body. Led by our expert instructor, this high-energy session incorporates a mix of bodyweight movements and weighted exercises to target every muscle group. 

Super Circuit Saturday

Saturday @ 10 AM (60 mins)
Super Circuit Saturday class is where intensity meets efficiency for a workout experience like no other. This fast-paced session combines bursts of high-intensity exercises with brief recovery periods, maximising calorie burn and cardiovascular endurance. 

Legs, Bums & Tums (LBT)

Friday @  9.30 AM (45 mins)
Legs, Bums, and Tums fitness class is where we target key areas to tone and sculpt your lower body. This dynamic session focuses on exercises designed to strengthen and shape your legs, lift and firm your glutes, and tone your core. From lunges and squats to crunches and leg lifts, each movement is carefully crafted to enhance muscle definition and improve overall fitness. Whether you're looking to tighten and tone specific areas or simply want a full-body workout, this class offers a fun and effective way to achieve your fitness goals and leave you feeling confident and revitalized.

I Love Weights: Weight Training (Females Only)

Saturday @  9 AM (45 mins)  
I Love Weights (Females Only) class is designed exclusively for women who love lifting and want to master their form. Our expert instructors will guide you through weight training techniques, focusing on proper lifting form and safe execution. Build strength, sculpt your body, and boost your confidence. Perfect for all levels, whether you're a beginner or an experienced lifter looking to refine your skills.
This specialist class is exclusively for females. We may restrict access for members who do not fall into this category. You must be a Gold Member to access this class.

Step Fit

Monday @ 7.45 PM ( 45 mins)  
Step Fit is a high-energy, cardio-focused fitness class that combines choreographed step movements on an adjustable platform. The class is designed to boost cardiovascular endurance, tone muscles, and improve coordination while keeping participants engaged with upbeat music and dynamic routines. It’s suitable for all fitness levels, with options to modify intensity for beginners or increase challenges for more advanced participants.

Winners Wednesdays - Circuit Training

Wednesdays @ 6.30 PM ( 60 mins)  
Winners Wednesdays is a dynamic, circuit-based fitness class designed to push your limits and keep you energised. This fast-paced workout combines strength, cardio, and functional exercises in a rotating circuit format, ensuring a full-body burn that builds endurance, power, and agility. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, Winners Wednesdays will leave you feeling accomplished and ready to tackle the rest of your week like a champion

Booty & Bands

Friday @ 6.30 PM (45 mins) - Starts 14th March 
Booty and Bands is a targeted lower-body workout that combines resistance bands with focused exercises to sculpt, tone, and strengthen your glutes, legs, and core. Perfect for all fitness levels, this class delivers a burn that builds shape, stability, and strength while improving overall mobility. Get ready to feel the burn and see the results!

Barbell Blitz

Monday & Thursday @ 6.30 PM (60 mins) 
A high-intensity strength class designed to build power and endurance using barbells. This session focuses on compound movements, explosive lifts, and controlled reps to help you increase strength and muscle definition. Perfect for all levels, get ready to lift, sweat, and push your limits!

Whether you're training for a race or just want to run stronger and faster, Fast & Fit will help you reach your goals. Suitable for all fitness levels!
This specialist class is exclusively for active runners and members of running groups. We may restrict access for members who do not fall into this category. You must be a Gold Member to access this class.
